Shipping fees

Shipping fees for apparel and smaller items are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

For larger items / equipment / oversized shipments (including barbells, racks, and any equipment), please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the best delivery option and shipping cost:

Where we ship from

Orders are fulfilled based on your location:

  • Peninsular Malaysia orders are shipped from West Malaysia.
  • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan) orders are shipped from East Malaysia where possible.

Processing time

All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless there is an issue with your order. If there is any delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email (or via WhatsApp if you contacted us there) once the shipment is created.

Estimated delivery time (Malaysia)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

  • Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery within East Malaysia: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International shipping

We offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, rates, and delivery options:

If you would like to try on our apparel before purchasing, you may visit us during operating hours at:

Please note: We do not accept cash payments in store.

Self-collection

Online orders may be self-collected by arrangement. Please contact us first to confirm stock availability and pickup timing. Self-collection is available during operating hours at the locations above.

Orders containing pre-orders

Orders with a mix of ready stock and pre-ordered items will be shipped as a whole once the pre-ordered items are available in Malaysia, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
