Returns & Exchanges

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made on onimalaysia.com (the “Store”) operated by Oni Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

1) Cancellations

1.1 No cancellation after dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
1.2 If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may request a return only if it meets the conditions in Section 2 below (unused and in resalable condition).

2) Returns (Refunds of unused product)

2.1 Return window. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

2.2 How to request a return. Return requests must be made in advance by email or WhatsApp, quoting your order number:

2.3 Condition of returned items. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods. In all instances, goods must be returned:

  • As new, with no blemish, defect, or parts missing, and preferably in original packaging with tags intact; and
  • Items may be tried on for sizing, but must not be used for a workout.

2.4 Hygiene exception (socks). For hygiene reasons, socks will not be accepted for return/refund unless a warranty/defect claim is approved.

2.5 Discounted items. Returns/refunds are not applicable for discounted orders.

2.6 Return shipping costs & deductions. If a return is approved, refunds may be subject to deductions for postage, packaging costs, and payment gateway fees (where applicable). You are responsible for return shipping costs.

2.7 Refund method. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. If that is not possible (for example, due to payment method limitations), we will issue store credit instead.

3) Exchanges (size or colour, if applicable)

3.1 Exchange eligibility. To be eligible for a size or colour exchange, your item must be:
a) New, with no blemish, defect, parts missing, and unused; and
b) In its original packaging with tags intact.
Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks may not be exchanged once opened.

3.2 Exchange window. Exchanges must be arranged and the item returned within 14 days from receiving the goods, with proof of purchase. Exchanges requested beyond 14 days will not be accepted.

3.3 Processing time. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp. Typically this is within three (3) business days, but it can take up to seven (7) business days.

3.4 Shipping costs for exchanges. The customer is responsible for the postage and safe return of the goods. An additional postage and packaging charge for sending the exchange item may apply.

3.5 Discounted items. Exchanges are not applicable for discounted orders.

3.6 Exchange limit. Exchanges are only allowed once per order.

4) Arrangements + Store locations + Return address

4.1 Arrange first. Do not send items back without contacting us first and confirming arrangements with our staff.

4.3 Return address for online orders (West & East Malaysia).
Unless our staff instructs you otherwise in writing, returns/exchanges may be sent to the following location based on your region, after you have contacted us and received confirmation:

  • For West Malaysia:

  • For East Malaysia:

5) Lost parcels

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or a service that insures you for the value of the package.
